Its much more expensive for us! We always bought and ate cheap crap: ramen noodles, the cheapest breads, etc. BUT, as I get healthier I am able to reduce the amount of meds I take - so in the long run that might make it even out!

Mine is great... I work and he is the housewife right now lol. I rarely have to do any housework. I do the cooking. He does the laundry and takes the kids place etc etc. But his religious and political views drive me insane lol.

sales sheets! Its so hard on a budget. I have decided that the money I spend on eating out and on meds vs the money spent on healthy groceries is pretty equal. Hubby and I use to eat out more than our budget allowed. I search for sales though!

That is what I am doing! My heart meds and insulin all make weight loss so difficult. My goal in this is to work my way off the meds (or get them as low dosage as I can). Its working too. I am down to 30 units of lantus twice daily from 50 units.
