The few I have support each other. Sometimes its hard to get support from a spouse, friends, family, coworkers. But the ones I have on here do give encouragement and ideas.

Eat less cheese Cut out other foods you are eating that have lots of sodium Our bodies do need some sodium and drinking lots of water is a good compromise on sodium

Same here... I would say ours is a major work out. But its maybe once a month cause I live at work! That once a month sure makes up for the rest of the month. I know for sure my thighs and stomach are getting good work outs LOL cause they are sore for days!

How many of you got fat eating fruit? Not me! Fruit is a treat to me. I dont eat alot because I am diabetic, but I have to have my lemon everyday and my fake banana ice cream!
