I have always loved these inexpensive little dresses at thia store near me. They get them in all sorts of colours but the sizes are always super small ( and xl is closer to a m in most stores). Well not only did I fit in one today but I fit in a Medium.

I myself have worked up to this over the last 18 mths. ( With the exception of the walking, thats been the last ten years or so)so, I agree. Everyone needs to renember not to compare. Do your own thing and work towards building it up at your own pace.

Run 2-3 days a week. Weight lifting 4 days a week. Yoga once a week. Kick boxing once a month I also walk everywhere all the time. I don't drive. So I get roughly 18000-22000 steps a day.

You know. I think that's what bothered me. The idea that I have been there so much and it could be a problem , that no one has said anything to me about for all the those months.

I finally decided to try on dresses smaller then a size 12. My top half is larger then my bottom half. And so even though I have lost so much weight I still fear dresses. Well these two are a size 6 and an 8. Amazing. They zipped up and everything.

I go to the gym six days a week. 2 arms/back, 2 mainly floor body weight ztuff, one leg day and one is either kick boxing or Barre class. Plus I do yoga and run with my dog.
