With lockdown being lifted I finally get to go back to work today!! And , look human π€£π

Nope I didn't cut sugar at all. I am lower carb but not crazy low. I stay around 50-75g Carbs a day. Some times lower very rarely higher. I lift a lot of weights, I lift heavy and I eat in my cal deficit. I just can't do heavy carb days, once I have those rare 150 plus carb days I feel like he**. Lots of luck!

There was no major flexing, filters or anything here just lifted my leg , slightly flexed and bam! Muscle is visible now in ways it wasn't before it's visible through my jeans it's visible even when I am not working out (here I was, obviously). It's just so cool. ππ

Yep. I am just shy of 5'9 and this is a similar loss. I think you can see a difference.

This drives me kinda crazy. π Life handed me a hurdle to climb not an excuse to avoid the work. Yes it is difficult. But not impossible. It Just means I have to be on top of my diet (I still eat carbs I am not keto but I am mindful of them. That's it. Calorie deficit , watch the carbs. )

For me it's protien and fat. Greek yogurt is perfect. Keeps me satisfied for hrs.
