Thank you! I am fairly positive it was $4 on wish ππ. I have a few ,one says thick thighs save lives. Pretty sure they were both cheap Wish purchases. Money well spent.

Ty π. I will add them in as a tie.

I let my shirt speak for me

Been working on balance because mine used to be terrible. I used to not be able to tie my shoes unless sitting. So I have been working on it. And now I am holding poses while the husband takes pics making me laugh the whole time π€£

I am not that big one wearing make up with the exception of mascara. I wear it daily but every so often I like to mix it up. I think these two turned out pretty well. Love an *almost* nude lip.

Yes. I was going to say just that. A lot ppl started losing wieght *with* me , 3 yrs ago. A couple used slimfast , a couple went strict diets and I plugged away calorie counting. I lost my weight and have kept it off for more than 2 yrs. None of the others kept it off. And now I hear a lot things about their age and livingβ¦

It takes a lot for me to sweat, a lot and I trian hard most days. Sweat isn't any indication of how hard you are training.

I mean... There could be worse things I guess ππ

Thank you!

Mine has some oils he likes. Just softens it up a tad. He also brushes often. He's never found any difference in using a special beard shampoo, though. He has a hot conditioning lotion where you leave it on for a few minutes and he said while it felt nice while on it make no difference in the beard.

Very nice!

Ok so my quad wasn't as large, when I had it done. ππ€· Now it kinda looks... Bent lol This may be better even though, it's upside down. If you know where the quote is from without googling, we should be bff's π.

Love them. Love love love them. When the husband trims his I give him the side eye... " Don't be taking too much of that beard off"ππ I mean it's his face, but he knows what I prefer.

Well said.

This isn't this week. I haven't been wearing it for a couple weeks but I took this ss for a friend about a month ago. It's a fairly typical week since the gym has been closed and I am not working (I work on my feet so I have more when I work)

Wow. That's a first I have heard of this. Interesting.

So. I posted this and didn't answer. I like so many of these replies and agree with them. For me personally my idea of fit, *for myself* has changed over the yrs. I grew up (born in 79) believing i was *too large * to be fit for a woman. I was not overweight just what ppl called " broad shouldered , tall "... " Built likeβ¦

Love this! Thank you for sharing. I cannot do a handstand. I mean.. tbh I won't really try. I can do them against a wall with someone spotting me, but my fear really kicks in at the idea of just doing an unassisted handstand π±π±π±. Nope. No way. πAnd my L sit is unreliable at best. (I have done it a couple times but failedβ¦

I love Jordan Syatt The fitness Chef Andrew Coates fitness Dr Spencer Nadolsky And Sohee fit. All ppl who say things in terms the average Joe can understand while not sugar coating anything, either.

This fantastic! This exactly the kind of answer I was hoping for, *because* it's personal to you.

Thank you! And I work in a clothing store. So that helps with style. ππ

I am seeing some shoulder definition!! I teared up when I saw these pics. My legs are in fine shape but I work so hard on those arms.

Very true. I feel like my back just wants to hold onto fat π€£π€£. Even when lean it's the most fatty part. Ah such is life.

I was just clarifying what you were looking for. Because, sometimes I answer this type of question and don't include my walking but then see others do. I don't drive I walk everywhere (1800-2200 steps a day most days) so I need to remember to mention the walking, sometimes, as for me it's just everyday life. I wasn'tβ¦

Ok. What are we calling exercise ? If we include long walks with dog and friends 5-10km, then every day. I do some type of "exercise " everyday. BUT, I consider that NEAT more than purposeful exercise. As far as purposeful exercise, I lift 5-6 days a week and I do yoga 2-3 days a week plus I am a runner (usually 2 days aβ¦

I was doing almost all of these, but i did just add the sissy squats, though. Ty
