I have spinach with greek yogurt and various veggies on a sprouted grain wrap some mornings or steel cut oats and fruit. I also add egg whites to the wrap sometimes. I am just starting to like kale and pear smoothies as well.

Thanks everyone. I truly love it. I have one small tattoo on my back as well and although I certainly don't regret it, its just kinda pretty not nearly as meaningful or stunning as this piece.

I have a chubby /baby face ( I am in my thirties and this still irks me to no end). The truth of it is, good clean diet and exercise is about all you can do. Your body will lose where is loses when it loses and nothing you can do will make it leave your face any faster. Trust me, it PAINS me to say it... ;)

I would do shred, then ripped. I just find that shred gets your endurance up more, but you look pretty fit already so it may be too "easy" for you. So it depends really on what you are looking for. I am starting officially August 1st, but I did the fit test and the first day just to try it out. LOVED it. I think it will for sure get harder as I go on but at first it just so much fun and I sweat buckets ! GL!

For me, if I was going to choose 1, it would be No More Trouble Zones, or Ripped in 30. (thats one I forgot to mention earlier, I knew I forgot one). They were the most effect for me personally.

Me, going outside in a tank top for the first time in YEARS (if ever), as I always hated my "fat" arms. My arms are still a work in progress but I wear tanks all summer now.

I keep hearing how ppl lose it in the thier chest first. Not I. I was a 40 D and am now a 36 D, after losing 62lbs from highest weight, and 48in the last 6mths. And with less fat on me, they just look larger lol.

Weight gain in 3 days could be a number of things, including water retention. I wouldn't worry about it . I have done the shred twice and yeah I am pretty sure I gained a tad first week or so.
