  • I was a vegitarian for 11 years and now I eat everything. I LOVE BACON! :P I say unless you are allergic to something (i.e. you break out in hives or die...) I see nothing wrong with eating meat...anymore anyway.... It's all about moderation though. :)

  • I did a 5 k last week in 42 minutes so I guess my average for a mile would be 14 minutes but I walked some of it...I'm doing another 5 k this tues and I'm hoping to lower my time alot... As long as your trying, that is what matters most :)

  • I get this all the time too. I stopped listening cuz everyone's body is different. If you aren't hungry you can't force yourself to eat, especially after working long hours and working out. Just don't "Not eat" cuz your body may try to fix it the next day by making you feel more hungry than you actually are so you overeat.…
  • drink more caffeine... :P One cup of coffee a day is actually good for you. It's the sugar that is bad. So taper off on the sugar. You can get flavored creamer that sweetens the coffee for you. I just got some "Heath" flavored creamer. My coffee tastes like chocolate and I didn't add extra sugar :)
  • I love to work out with friends. It doesn't have to be going to the gym everyday.   • My doc says I'm 5'5". I squeeze in an 11 at about 158lbs. At the moment I am in a 12 and am 163lbs, but I am working on getting back down into my 10's...I'll be much happier in my 10's...they are cuter :tongue: I just started on this site but I'm loving it so far :smile:
