Yes I feel u can do it..u can succeed whatever u sent ur mind to. Just stay disciplined. Do ur workouts everyday even if its 20min workout. I love the subway sandwicges for lunch. Filling n low Cal. And make sure to snack inbetween meals.

I started 35 days ago wanting a new life also especually being over 40 yrs old n being at my all time weight. MFP has motivated the right directionand helped alot...so far i've lost 5 lbs n inches. I also have 30 DS and lovvve it. It really works! Add me on anytime.....:-)

I've done both machines working out and if u don't stretch well u can b sote for a few days. space the exc. Out if u see it happening again and drink plenty of water. That helps alot also:-)

Exactly! Thats the challlenges I have. Sometimes I cheat and gave gluten foid but suffer later. I cant get into fruits. Gave a hard time. But oatmeal shake in the morning I make at times.. Raw oatmeal in a blender Milk or soy Flexseed Psyillium husk Honey Cinnamon........mmmmm Soo good Its great to take to go..
