there are math formulas that use tape measures that work decently, I use a few formulas and average them together.

Pharoh Yami Yugi, cool. I once saw a working game boy at the one in Columbus. If you see the great ChibiXane, I used to know her...

I have noticed that a lot of the data is for when it is made into patties, and some are 1/3 and some are 1/4, and 2.25# would be about 7 of one and 10 of the other. Entering patties is a pita because of this, but I think that might be the root cause, and easy to miss.

http://khsbicycles.com/05_flite_223l_12.htm 2012 Ladies version of my main bike, I like it, but it is a heavy steel bike. I expect it will last a life time. (It held me at 245# with no issues, and has rack mounts, so even after I get a better bike for racing, it will still be my touring bike, unless I cave and order…

I think that was part of the thing, the change in 1 month looked far too drastic, and the side effect might be part of why the first pic looked better. (I noticed that with the dates earlier) and you body might look better in a month when it get itself back to being balanced.

I don't like the after pic either, but i think you said it best, she needs a bulk cycle. Of course, the pics will be gone after bit since MFP staff get all worked up over underwear in pictures, since we all had to be 18 to get in, perhaps best said by Farnsworth in Futurama "Fifty-three years old? Ohhh, now I'll need a…

I know of a few people who were in that boat who started wearing kilts, and then bam, next thing they knew they had 3 kids. Think of the concept for changing 'tighty-whities' for boxers, and amp it.

woah, how DARE you call that cheese? That is like calling 'white chocolate' chocolate. (illegal actually on that latter!) (I actually hate white chocolate, and it isn't that much more to get sliced cheese from the store compared to the prewrapped oil crap that Kraft makes.)

Also, I want to add, I wish my mom would have taken back her maiden name. Now, I doubt it applies to your situation, but my mom doesn't always do the right things, and it seems like it often demeans my dad's side of the family. I know she used the name to get ahead, but it will cost my children later.

for 185 bucks, sure do it, but add an extra 'kick-*kitten*' middle name. Never step back, always forward.

I don't drink much, but I picked up some of the dollar bottles of really watered down vodka from the gas station and spent a good hour doing math based on the proof amounts in them, and they only work out to about 60 Cal each bottle. Now, the bottle of Sky that we have around here somewhere.... I bet that is a different…

I've lost 20# so far, so yeah, the diet in itself wasn't the problem, though giving up my morning coffee might well be the issue.
-
btw, a cutting board would be a real pain to wash in the tiny bathroom sink to start with.
-
yeah, it was a 700 Calorie lunch, which was followed by a long bike ride. My net for today is quite low actually.

I did realize something, the plateau seems to coinside with when I stopped having artificial sweetened drinks, IE coffee tea. I just started having tea again, with 1 sugar, 15 cal vs 0 is not too bad really, but I used to be going every day and grabbing a coffee from McD's after dropping my son off at school, which helped…

I don't use the little toggle on the daily water, it is with each meal, and breakfast and snack tend to merge.

No, I said that the people that are often directed towards your group are currently eating at the 1200 target before they are sent your way.

Right now 30# is the heaviest I can curl, next week I will probably bump up to 35#. I might go back to benching later this week, but since pushups are already harder than I like... The machine I have access to maxes on squats at 240# and those are kinda easy. If it had the squats go lower, it would be a lot harder I am…

I believe in the cal in < cal out ideas, the ratios don't really speak to me, but I do try to push myself in the protein area. I am wondering if it would be better if I ate less of my exercise calories back, for example, on Tuesday, I really could have gotten away without the fries at lunch, yesterday I was hungry for…

I have considered changing the goal to 1.5# instead of 2#/wk but I wanted to get a bit lower first. My goal still sits at just over 1650, most of what i had seen of the whole EMWL group were people that had been given goals closer to 1200.

That MIGHT be a problem... the last few days: Sunday: Bicycling, 12-14 mph, 162 min (30 miles) Walking, 3.0 mph, mod. pace, walking dog 43 min Monday Bicycling 41 minutes (10~12 mph) Walking 2.5 mph - 1:09 some light strength training (just did curls with a 30# dumbbell) Tuesday: Walking 3.0 mph - 37 minutes Front Raises,…

We don't have a kitchen, the contractor moved on to another job without reconnecting the sink. He did come back and got the stove plugged in, but our bathroom sink is too small to wash dishes in. I have yet to find anything that can put a dent in the potassium (bananas sure don't do much there) so....

you are not him. From what you say, he must be using his calories. Sure, you said he is stick thin, but how tall is he? What do you mean by 'digging trails' ? To me, that means taking a shovel and leveling some ground, and that isn't pansy work. Also, just what does he do for a living? Sure, standing could mean he is a…

2x per day, once in morning after bathroom, and then at night, to get a preview of the next day, when I see the night weight is less than 1# up from the morning, I know I should be good in the morning, if it is less, I am super happy.
