For me, it was to stop getting it from the fountain. I get unsweet tea where I can when refills are involved, else I get a bottle which is a set amount of calories, and that is it. Well, have you been using it first thing in the morning, before getting a shower with dry hands, or at a different time? Do you have it set at athletic or regular? a 4 oz serving of steak is 150 Cal, cheese is between 40~80 /slice. Normally under an oz of steak per inch, but the bread is always the killer.

I had some and it wasn't too bad, one bottle had caffeine added, the other didn't. I didn't buy a third bottle.

I do something similar, get weight about once a week, and get tape measurments, giving me a BF%. Last week, I was down a pound or so, but up half a % (neck and waist up .1") Yesterday, I ate to much Pizza, and was up 6 pounds. IN one day. Really hoping that it doesn't stick around.

I typically wear lined shorts at the gym, really, to me, underwear is pretty much only for days where I have the unlined gym shorts and days where I am going to try pants or shorts on. I've done a few 5ks in a kilt, all without issue. A few kilt checks, but I don't call that an issue. (My wife does though...)

Probably 50%+ of my tech clothes came from races, which have various prices and cost. Beyond that, my shorts usually are in the $30 USD range, and are the lined ones, and usually whatever cheap not-cotton socks I find, sometimes they are on sale and such. Shoes are the real killer. To be fair, I have seen reseach going both ways on that, but it seems that most of it says that to do that, with a deficit, you still have to be eating a LOT of food, much more than the minimum daily amount, such that you would be in a deficit, yet still eating an extra 1k+ a day. Working the cardio system in itself does not make it exercise, and if it did, that would make watching horror movies and porn cardio as well... though there may be *some* slight cardio with the latter. (And sometimes cardio following the former.)

I like the mini trampoline. It is sorta fun to work out my legs a little, but to me a light leg workout is a 10 mile bike ride on a fixie or a leg pressing well beyond my body weight. I guess it might be on par with crunches or something... but sure doesn't make the workout a workout.

While a valid point, and part of why Caffeenee is in many weight loss drugs, one can not cite a source if said source is trying to sell you something, such as, in this case, a hot tub. (Unless you are citing their pricing, or business hours, etc. That is valid. Beyond that, NO.)

Research? Screw that, I had to do enough of that for my Masters degree as it is... Then again, 30 seconds to find that one of the guidlines is 0.8 Grams / LB in weight, one could surmise the possibility that you misread that, and though it was just 8 grams each day...
