I hope so. Even I've diagnosted with Hashimoto-Thyreoiditis, which maked it much harder to lose. I needed 10 month to lose 3,5kg. That sucks. But still trying.

It different form person to person. My sister also builds muscles real fast. One week of weight lifting and her arms look a lot bigger. I'm for myself need weeks or month to build such muscles. So yes, women kan build trapezious muscles easy too.

My friend cooked the soup yesterday and was totally upset because she put accidently to much whisky in. But we (other friend and me) really liked with the more of whisky. I'll ask her for the recipe and will post it. ;-)

If you are still hungry, eat them. If you are absolutly fine, then don't. Is good to eat exercise calories back, but you don't have to force yourself if your are not hungry. It's never good to eat, when you are not hungry (but it's always good to drink when you are not thirsty). That's my suggestion.

If it's just a habit and no real hunger, I think you should give it try just to gie up that habit. Like giving up smoking it's not easy, because it's kind of an addiction and your body and mind is used to it. So I would suggest just to stop the snacking in between and go with a cold turkey.
