Thanks, that was helpful. I guess i need to figure out what my goals are first, and then try to find a way to make it fun. I like things like swimming and yoga, or even a low impact group class or martial arts. I think I'll try the fins when I swim and see how that goes and then see if I need to modify things...

I do things I like like ballet and yoga and have many classes I can go to, so if I miss one or two classes a week, I still feel OK. Could you incorporate exerciser into your routine, like walking from one job to the other, or taking the stairs more often?
