So this was discussed on Corporette before: What music are you using for working out? I alternate between relatively fast pop, like Justin Timberlake or Imogen Heap, and classical music, I like those cheap compilations on Amazon that have a little bit of everything. Do you track your water consumption? I figured, why not, since it's there and I'm already tracking calories. Should I include tea or not because its dehadrating?
