Yeah I agree you should up your protein. Try to have 1g of protein for every pound of muscle you have, which you can figure out by figuring out your body fat %. I disagree with the person who said you should do 75% cardio. That is not needed, if anything you should do 50/50 with cardio & strength too. The stronger you are…
