I am joining your group because I believe the same way. I can lose weight if I have a support system, especially if that support system understands that God is the One who makes all good things happen. Don't give up. Don't throw in the towel. Glad you started this. Look forward to getting to know the members. :)

an ice cream cone with my favorite yogurt in it topped with a small dollop of whipped cream. Usually comes in around 100 calories depending on the yogurt.

I am going to be 45 in August. My life is wonderful except for the fact that I am about 40 pounds over weight. Would love to have some friends to keep me motivated and who I can help encourage. :wink:
