I tell people that I have been reevaluating my eating habits to feel better. I'm learning to love what I eat and eat what makes me truly feel good. Weight loss is just a bonus!

I am 5'4 SW 221lb (Jan 2012) CW 186lb GW 140lb (no time limit, but I'll get there one day! Taking it one day at a time) I'm close to the half way marker and fully realize that the second half will take a bit longer ... but I have the rest of my life to work on it ;)
