I m looking forward to answers. I do not log my walking/cardio any more because the fitbit adjustment takes care of it. If (and thats a big if) I do strength training, I do not wear my fitbit so add the appropriate exercises. Seems to work for me, but my concern is that the adjustment seems to be very high. I work in banking, a number of people bring lunch to the office and most people eat at their desk so there is really no difference. Now, going to the gym during the day........that is frowned upon. Personally I love them on the grill, especially squashes, peppers and large mushrooms. Sometimes add a little olive oil, sometimes a little hot sauce, sometimes a little lemon juice. Looking forward to the responses

We have "pink" jobs and "blue" jobs, Washing, ironing and cleaning house are "Pink" Garden, DIY, Trash are "Blue" Cooking, loading/unloading the dishwasher fall in the middle. I always eat first if it is just a walk, I feel that it helsp wih my digestion. if I were going to exercise more vigorously, I would probably do it before, or at least wait a while after. hope that helps

I can meet challenge number 1 (I have finished my first 24oz cup already and it is only 9am) I will try very hard to meet challenge number 2 (I am hoping that my fitbit arrives this week) Stretch for 10 minutes every morning..................................It takes me that long to get moving. Does that count ?
