Griddle Pan Suggestions
Hi all, Looking for a recommendation for a griddle pan. Ideally I would like a reversible one (Griddle/Flat) and it must work on an induction cooktop. I would normally go for Le Creuset, but theirs has mixed reviews. Thanks in advance N

Cauliflower Rice Biriyani
I have just finished my lunch portion of Cauliflower Rice Biriyani and felt compelled to share. I took the recipe from www.skinnytaste.com, I removed the chilli peppers and added mushrooms and chickpeas. Re-Setting weight Report
Hi all, I have re-set my weights (fell off the wagon and wanted to start over), but when I try to run a weight report it starts at zero and therefore shows a very strange graph. Any ideas ? Thanks Neil

Cold weather gear for a fat bloke
