Griddle Pan Suggestions

Hi all,

Looking for a recommendation for a griddle pan. Ideally I would like a reversible one (Griddle/Flat) and it must work on an induction cooktop. I would normally go for Le Creuset, but theirs has mixed reviews.

    Options
    I would just avoid uncoated cast iron because it is high maintenance.
