  • If I don’t make it I will be okay with that. I am at 274 now and if I can get under 200 in that amount I will be happy! I just turned 54 and I sure don’t want to turn 55 in the 200’s! I think in my mind going for the bigger number will keep more on top of my discipline.

  • Do not think it as a diet it is really a lifestyle change. Make small changes. I am going through the same thing. I am taking a nutrition and weight control class. This is really helping me make changes and better choices.

  • I always add the excerise in to MFP. I find it really hard to get those "active minutes' in a average day. When adding the excerise it should go towards your active minutes.
