Wondering what others are doing? I just bought a ketone breathalyzer to keep close track on my ketone levels! Does anyone else do this while on a keto/low carb program.

One year goal.

Powerlessness
I am almost done with the book “Shrink Yourself” by Dr. Gould. I highly recommend this book especially if you have problems with the trying to figure out why you do what you do when it comes to eating and losing weight. Totally opened my eyes to the roller coaster I have been on for a long time now.

I was wondering if anyone else has had side effects from Saxenda? Finally getting back on track

Starting a low carb diet
I am thinking about starting a low carb diet. Starting with 140 grams and bringing it down slowly. Any advise out there? I need to lose another 60lbs. I also workout at least 4 times a week.

Going to reach my goal this year 2013
I need all the support I can get. I want to help others too!! We can do this together and make things happen. I like to workout at the gym, hike and ride my beach cruiser. I have a really hard time staying focused day to day and sometimes meal to meal.
