What keeps you motivated?

I am trying to stay motivated. I have not lost weight in about 5 weeks. Trying to get my mind set back.

    I'm having a good time, losing weight slowly and steadily ( as I wanted to), look and feel better, have more strength and stamina. I'm finding it very easy to stay motivated.

    Lifting weights and seeing my strength progress from week to week. Nothing beats it

    I've been sick for a few days. We all have obstacles. I find myself really missing my gym time and that's a good thing.

    I'm not dropping the weight as fast as I thought I would (according to the scale) but I know I have been consistently logging my food and going to the gym. I have noticed muscle development. So I took measurements. I'm waiting for a month then will take measurements again. The scale won't provide me with that so I'm looking forward to seeing loss of inches!
