Yup, as they said, I usually eat something late as well and it hasn't make a huge impact on my weight loss. As long as you don't go over a lot, you'll be fine! Question for you guys, does the Fitbit only work with a phone? I have an ancient computer and a Windows tablet, and I don't want to waste money on one if it won't work with any of my electronics. :neutral:

Nope. Well... I'm going to try and control myself with smaller portions, but whatever I over-eat I'll be hitting the gym hard the following days to make up for it, haha.

This is pretty much what I do too. It works out pretty well and it gives me peace of mind to know I 'balance' in the end.

Definitely this. I tried doing it every day but it was soul crushing to see it say I gained 2 lbs or something after a workout day. So I do it weekly, usually every Monday in the morning. Keeps me sane not having to freak out about it on a daily basis. Lol.

I used to be really bad with snacking in boredom, but I've gotten a lot better. Not quite sure what changed... routine, I guess? I also started to drink protein shakes, which really keep me full. Maybe give that a go? :P Good luck, we're rooting for you!

This is what I do, otherwise it's a hassle having to log a million little bites. Just guess-timate reasonably. :-)

hello! I lost over 50 lbs two years ago, and this year I realized I had gained it all back and then some... Lost 11 lbs so far, but some fitness friends would be lovely and more motivation to check on here more often. :) I'm turning 24 this April.

I think I prefer to work out by myself. That way I get to focus more on the machines I want to do and how long I want to spend there without worrying about what my friend is up to. :)

I totally did a double take when I saw this thread! Duuuude, same story with me. Only I was up to almost 260 before I quit WoW, haha. Thankfully I've lost a good chunk of it since (it's been 3 years and down to 188), but I'd love to be friends with you if you'd like. :) We can curse Blizzard together!

Thank you, that made me feel better! I'll give it some time - I only realized tonight how noticeable my tummy was getting, so I'll give it a while before deciding if I should stop or not. I really enjoy doing the sits-ups, they make me feel good afterwards. xP I can't do pull-ups or push-ups yet (/fail) but I'll look into…
