I personally benefitted from drinking protein shakes because it kept me less hungry througout the day. :) I personally thought it was worth it, but totally depends on you. If your under in protein all the time like I was, it helps a lot to meet your daily protein goal.

Well the last time it happened I was on the treadmill for an hour, and I noticed it after 40 minutes in. I tend to swing my shoulders since someone told me moving my arms helps to burn calories, maybe that's twisting my back an odd way? I'm not sure :(

I feel your pain. The past two months I just stopped logging the week prior to my cycle and halfway through it. Usually the weight I gain during that time drops back off near the end... I was 237 lbs in October, now down to 213. My end goal is 150, but my aim at the moment is 200 as well - seems more achievable, haha. Feel free to add me if you're active on here :) I love friends
