I used to try and watch carbs.. until I actually finished Day 1. Haha. Personally, I needed more energy. So right now, I just try to eat clean and make sure the carbs I eat are mostly whole grains (except for right after the workout when you need more simple sugars).

I just started day one of week two :) It gets easier, but it's still not EASY. I just want the 60 days to be over with already. haha.
