Im not, I honestly feel like Ive eaten a lot , but thats because i wake up late ! I sleep around 2 or 3 and wake up at like 10 , so i eat like at 10;30 or 11;00.. and then after around 1 or 2 i exercise & then i eat again . Then, i try to exercise or i just us the computrer & drink tea .

I use it when i.do sit ups and dance zumba & run.. i feel like my fat is melting off... but itll take a while to see results I.think it does help.

Buy slimfast 321 shake powder!! Put milk & ice & blend it & the dutch chocolate os amazing! ! I use it even if i dont follow the plan for the chocolate cravings! Its like 6$. There's also milk chocolate .. or try a chocolate granola bar.
