Don't listen to ED at all! Don't worry about if you will gain suddenly. You won't. Just nourish your body. It wasn't junk food, it was all good stuff. Peanut butter sammiches are the best! :) Also, are you supposed to be counting calories in recovery? Trust me, it will be OK! :) *former ana/mia/emo eater

We saw you! I did a River Song costume from The Big Bang episode a few years ago, but I don't think it will fit this year for Dragon*Con. :( I have an Osgood costume from the 50th that I LOVE because it is fun AND comfy. (my new criteria for costumes, comfy AND fun.)

FREE Donuts are the worst! lol. Sometimes I split one with a coworker, but if I don't want to give up the calories I refrain. OR...I go over which accomplishes nothing.

What has worked for me: Eating less, making better choices, moving more. It really can be that simple. I still eat junk food on occasion, I don't cut carbs, and I DO eat packaged foods sometimes. What I've done the couple of times I've had to travel since joining MFP is set my intake to maintenance during the weeks I'm out of town. This way I know that I'm not actually OVEREATING, just not eating at a deficit. AND if there is activity be sure to log it. Enjoy your vacation!!

Does MFP take breast feeding into account? Because I know you burn a lot of calories breast feeding so it could actually put you in a place where you aren't eating enough and therefore stalling your weight loss. (I know it sounds backwards but it is an actual thing that happens.)

Since it is always at my house I can control most of what is offered. BUT I still plan on having a burger, chili dog(s) and s'mores! All in moderations, with hopefully outdoor activities to balance it out.

I actually save some calories just for this reason. I've made a habit of saving 200-250 calories for after dinner snacks, because I WILL eat at night. My progress hasn't stalled because of it.

1. Hopefully your artist will place it where it won't fade, as foot tattoos too close to the bottom of your feet will fade because the skin there replenishes quickly. 2. It depends on your shoes. If you have something open on the sides where it won't aggravate your tattoo it should be fine. :)

This. I'm an ex-binge eater as well. Also ex-ana/mia. The only thing that helped is prayer and therapy. AND accountability. I started telling my husband EVERY time I would go on an emotional binge and tell him the triggers. It seemed to help. I'm happy to say I've only had 1 slip up in a year. But it took a LOT of prayer.

I've found that when I add more veggies and fruits that are very low cal I tend to stay full longer because I get to EAT MORE! lol. My snacks for today for example - an apricot, a mini cucumber, and baby carrots for under 70 calories total and it is 2+ cups of food. Protein and fiber are important for feeling full as well.…
