I find this to be an underestimation...in my case, at least. I use a HRM while doing 30DS, and I burn between 185 and 200 calories every session. I'm 5'1'' and 128.6 lbs.

I'm 5'2'' and 128.6 right now, and I wear a size 8/9 jeans. I feel like I wear bigger than many others my height and weight, but oh well. My goal is 120 pounds.

What else were you doing besides 30DS? Were you eating anything special, or just sticking to 1200 cals? Also, did you run or do any other workouts?
