I have tried quite a few and right now I am mixing a scoop of Unjury Chocolate into chocolate muscle milk. Super thick and 40 grams of protein in 12 oz.

I eat oatmeal with 1/2 c blueberries and a tablespoon of raisins. Then in about 2-3 hours I have a scoop of Unjury chocolate mixed with chocolate Muscle Milk light.

I am 5'3" and I was eating 1200 cal/day, but I have been adding 25 kcal per day and waiting a week and seeing if I stopped losing weight, and I am up to 1350 and still no stoping the weight loss (I am trying to maintain now). I eat back about half of my work out calories.

I am running in the Turkey Wattle 5K in Grove City! It should be super fun! It starts at 0900, so plenty of time to see family, too! On the food front, I make my own little Thanksgiving that is healthy and bring it with. I found last year that many people were grateful for some healthier options.
