depending on the candy in the candy dish I sometimes have a few handfuls lol. And I would say that I also consume about 150-200 calories daily of candy. I guess I will just make sure to count it. I think I will also use that advice of putting each serving size into smaller bags. Thanks guys!

Yeah I was thinking similar thoughts. I think i may use it just as a soda or juice alternative but i dont think it was do much for weight loss either

I definitely like the idea of walking to get a snack! That will be perfect for the warmer weather/summer.

Thats a good idea. And once I get rid of the snack foods I have now I'll stop buying them, that will definitely help me.
