Even if Keto is good or bad for you...never ever base a feeling about results on a couple days. NEVER. 3-4 weeks is the minimum to judge results.

Couple things... 1) For the most part I agree with you, my least favorite is, "That is unacceptable" like they as a consumer need to be given reparations because they are so disappointed in the performance 2) Fan is short for fanatic for a reason :)

I heard on the John Tesh show a couple days ago (accidentally) that it's bad for you to run more than 5 or 6 miles per week. Running an equivalent of a half marathon each week puts too much strain on the body. I laughed and changed the station.
