Definitely count them separately, that way you know exactly where you're at :D . I know it gets tedious, but the more you enter the ingredients that you use, the easier and faster it gets, because they're already in there!! :)

How long did it take you to see results? Mederma seems to have a good success rate, but it says it may only work on new marks...which is sort of discouraging. Some of mine have been around forever. It's the 12-week cream and I'm on week 5 and haven't seen any difference...I'm stickin with it though!

Same here with the asthma...It's rough. It sucks when your legs and mind are so ready to go, and your lungs just won't let it happen. I jogged my first mile today without any breaks! It can be a slow journey, but it feels so great when you beat it!! :) I hope you figure it out!

I haven't had a big, juicy fast food burger in a long time. Annnnd, while I occasionally crave one, I'm pretty sure my body wouldn't even know how to handle one at this point...haha

I do that - log things before I eat them..Even if you do it one meal at a time, it makes you say no to an extra few bites or getting a second plate. Try Truvia in your tea...Natural sugar substitute, 0 cals, and it's wonderful. I use it in my green tea (and tons of other things) and I LOVE it!! It's not super expensive, and it's sweeter than sugar so you don't need very much for things :D

I'm sure it will! Before this, I was carrying a little calorie book, and little notebook around with me everywhere I went...That got old. This is wonderful for tracking and everything, and even comes with a support team of like, a million :D
