Sorry I've been a bit quiet...been traveling. I did W2D1 today on the treadmill. Interestingly, I had some real shin-splint pain. Been running outside and did fine, today my left leg is screaming at me!! Go figure. Nothing to stop me though. Looks like all of you are doing really well. Keep it up all!

I was out of town at a conference so I am just getting around to my post for last week...it looks like everyone is hanging tough!! I had a bad week for food (traveling out of state) and it shows. OK, I am up .4 today...but I went way over on sodium yesterday so I am hoping it is water weight. All of the above are great suggestions. If she could get a book, a simple form could be created and printed for her that she could use to track on if money is tight. Probably just as important...whatever method to track that she uses, she, and your mom, will need the support system that programs like MFP and Weight…
