  • I LOVE avocados! Thanks for this....sounds like a winner!
  • I've been using them for a week now and just learned about the "jelly" today...so excited to try! I mix them into my protein shakes, sprinkle them on my salads and even today mixed them into scrambled eggs before cooking. I've always been an afternoon nap taker, but not since using these and let's just say I've become very…
  • I'm the same way....the week before- if it isn't nailed down I'll eat it! I'm hoping I start in a few days b/c this is ridiculous! My weight hasn't budged in two days even though my eating habits haven't really changed (well ok...I had two glasses of wine instead of 1) but....I'm telling myself that by this time next week…
  • I'm down 3.2 for week 1 on regular BFC. Haven't seen a change in inches yet although my daughter says my ARMS look slimmer LOL! Not exactly what I was looking for but I'll take anything. This is the easiest eating plan I have found yet.
  • Still at 3.2 lbs lost for the week .....I'm sure it's water weight but after working out this week I feel so Much better!
  • I have a returning cyst as well at the base of my ring finger top of wrist. It popped as I was lifting as well two years ago and I all but dropped. It comes from leaking synovial fluid in your joints....ortho recommended surgery but I'm a chicken so I said no. It comes and goes (about the size of a grape) and although it…
  • Cassava root chips are awesome! Also Veggie stiks...even my kids eat them.
  • I've been doing this side Monday and down 2 lbs. Hardest thing was giving up Splenda in my coffee but I'm getting used to liquid Stevia. Can't stand the powdered..bitter aftertaste. To get rid of your Dt. Pepsi, try the Zevia cola...it's great! I'm not a big soda fan but I bought some "just in case" and my kids drank them!…
  •
  • This is the link to the blog...good luck! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/samantha1373/view/the-30-day-fitness-challenge-232493
  • Look up Samatha and 30 day challenge blog......5 min at home....easily doable everyday.....put out an SOS on here when you feel yourself wanting to eat poorly.....everyone here is so supportive. Just don't give up! Check out some of forums on eating more calories to lose weight..you may not be eating enough. Good luck!
  • Hi from SW Virginia! Just started yesterday and the support here is amazing! Try your best everyday to do something and make sure to use the food journal. Read the posts...lots of motivation and help there. Good luck and add me.
  • I find Aerosmith,GNR and Metallica keep me pumped thru the first, ile...then it's dance
  • OK...first and foremost...you almost made me wet my pants! Three-legged beheaded dog? Hahaha! Secondly, as my daughter is on a competitive swim team and routinely shares a lane with 3 other people...you were extremely polite. Her team mates would have grabbed an arm or a leg and yanked the offender under!
  • I like just about everything but I find that rock...Aerosmith, GNR, Metallica mixed with top 40 (meaning whatever my kids are listening to) keeps my energy up. Especially if I'm on the treadmill....I really need a boost at the 1 mile mark and something about "Exit Sandman-Metallica" really pumps me up. Air drums anyone?
  • I own cute workout clothes...I just can't fit In them anymore! I'm def the big shirt & workout skirt girl! I don't have a prob w/ the" together girls" ,as we say in the South, however.......I do have a prob w/ the chick that works out in my gym and wears a sweater set and pearls! Seriously! She stays on the same ski…
  • Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise.....very simple......limit carbs ( up to 120 g a day) and sugar to 15g a day. It's an eating style that fits easily into my lifestyle. Can still have fruit, veggies, dark Choc and most importantly...wine! All in moderation of course.

  • Good job! Don't just hide them.......throw them away! My kryptonite is buttered popcorn......managed not to eat at at movie this weekend and wanted to bury my head in the bag! Keep strong and good luck!
  • Ummm.....swimmers do lift weights and do other cardio. It's called dry-land exercises....
  • This is what I do as well.....I was a diehard Splenda user till I read what it breaks down to in your body. I sometimes just go for a teaspoon of half and half but sweetened almond milk is great!
  • I've found if I have a really good playlist that gets me through the first mile I can make it for another two! I'm just getting back into it..treadmill here....but working myself mentally for Race for the Cure 5k in May. Having accountability to others on team is key for me.
  • Hello from SW VA! I'm in the same boat! At one time I lost 75 lbs (I miss you ephedra) and in the past two years I've managed to gain 30 lbs back! Only joined MFP yesterday and already feel the support here is amazing! We can all do this together!
  • Small goals are key. My cable line up has a couple of free fitness channels so I try to find workouts that interest me and either dvr them or look for when I'm home. Zumba is a great workout and fun! The added entertainment value for my family is priceless. Don't give up..you did it once and you can do it again.
  • I NEED a slave driver...starting today!
  • You can add me..just joined myself!
