ive lost 16 lbs so far and i have gained some confidence. my belly doesnt bulge over my pants anymore... better yet my pants are starting to get baggy! i feel much more healthier and have more energy.

i have been using oxyelite pro for a week now and lost 5 lbs. Yes it made jittery but it really helped suppress my appetite so that i was hungry enough for "bored eating" which is why ive gained my weight. I dont have any pictures...yet. I just started level 2 today. I only did level 1 for 8 days cause i felt like i was ready to move on. but just in level one, i lost 8lbs and 6 inches total. im 5'9 and went from 185-177. Good luck! I really enjoy it and i know you wil too!! :happy:

hello! im around 5'8-5'9 and my goal is 145. In high school i was 140-145. I would like to be that size again thats where i felt comfortable. I was 135 for a lil while but that was too thin for me.

I'm on my 5th day and i wear a HRM and when i started i use the app on my phone and created a new exercise and logged what my HRM says.
