i just wanted to share my progress because im very proud of my self

I'm 5'9
1st pic was my starting weight at 184.
2nd pic is me at 173
3rd is me at 168.5
i still have 28 lbs to go til im at my goal weight of 140

i do 30DS and then 35-45 min of cardio right after0 -
