Thanks for all the feedback! And congrats to all of you for sticking with it, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. :-). I am going to up my calorie intake, and add some interval training to my runs. I also realize that I probably have water retention from weight training and the humid weather. And yes I drink lots of water…
