Yes you can! the first step is the body was designed to self heal but we the user have to give it the conditions neccessary to do its job of balance excellently well. all the suggestions so far are helpful. do your own research and proceed from there.

You are probably doing more than them so keep at it !!! At 13k :) awesome steps I have not be able to get past 12k on a busy day.

I plan on being food conscious For workout out I will walk 8k steps 3 days a week and do bodyweights on alternate days. For me it's my food. Weight loss for me is majorly watching my meals

Total normal as you loose weight but if I may ask what exercises do you do? It will help if you put in some resistance training if you are not getting any. By resistance I mean bodyweight exercise, calisthenics, using weights it helps :)
