Hey I am also a grad student here in Cali. I am dedicated to eating healthier this year. My whole undergrad I ate really bad. As a grad student now, my body is not what it used to be in high school, and I dedicated to health and fitness now.

I have this same problem with fruit. I have started changing out for veggies, but still crave fruits. What is an easier way to get over this. Like a sweet veggie that is juicy? Not sure what I could change out for my oranges, since those are one of my favorite fruits.

Totally, and not even necessary for just coffee... Used them in restaurants when I get my salad dressing on the side.

I raised my goal for a while. But since switching to a Paleo regimen, I eat alot, and since I do not have nearly as many calories in the food I am eating. Paleolithic is not for everyone, but if you have determination and self control, it is totally worth it.
