I just have a small snack if I'm working out in the morning. Usually when I wake up my stomach is growling.( I like that feeling :bigsmile:) Then I have a meal after. If my workout is later in the day I try to wait a couple of hours to let my meal settle. I agree that it has to be with what you're comfortable with.

Ditto on the Dance Central. I end up doing it for hours cuz I'm having so much fun. I also have the active 2 which I've had for so long but just started doing it. I get a pretty good burn from that. I want to try the Zumba Rush but don't want to spend the $50 getting it!

Youtube has alot of full length workouts if u don't want to buy dvds. I've also been using my Wii and Xbox. If you have stairs you could also use them.
