184.0. It's a loss but considering yesterday I was 182.6 kinda grumpy about this number. I guess I shouldn't have left the 90 min workout to do last night. Oh well! A loss is a loss!

People can have curves or an hourglass figure at many different sizes. It has absolutely nothing to do with being healthy or not. Not every curvy person is overweight and not every overweight person is curvy. I think the point that was trying to be made is that curvy and overweight are not mutually exclusive.

I am a daily weigher also. But I graph my weight so that I can see the trend. I know that I have peaks and valleys so when my weight goes up for a couple of days I don't stress over it because I know that it will eventually come back down if I'm doing things correctly as far as diet and exercise are concerned.
