Hey all, I'm still around, and still maintaining through the summer, even lost a few. My current weight is 205.4lbs. I won't be here most of next week or the following, but come mid-September I'm fully committing again. Hope everyone is well and still going after it.

I used to get them really bad when I started running. They'll go away as you continue to train, be sure to breathe all of the way out. Don't know about Canada, but in America it IS the law. Nothing irritates me more than a car that pulls into the crosswalk and tries to block the intersection instead of waiting the 10 seconds it takes me to cross.
