I went to Hooter's once, and I wasn't impressed by the food or the servers. The servers tried to convince me to buy more food or a dessert by showing massive amounts of cleavage and flirting with me, but I was indifferent.

I'm a college student myself (senior in college); so I understand your fears. I stayed on track last semester by buying my own groceries. I packed my lunch every day and ate breakfast in my room; and when I went to the university dining hall for dinner, I made smart choices. I'd start with a large salad (very minimal…

I started Level 3 of 30 Day Shred. Best feeling ever.

"You're dieting? Here's what you need to do..." Hush. You're not even dieting. My way is working; I've lost 13 pounds and look and feel fantastic. Be quiet...I've got this. if I need your help, I'll politely ask for it. "But you don't need to diet! People already think you're hot and skinny." Be quiet. My health is…

I've seen nothing but support. Then again, I tend to miss the obvious.

I suggest Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. She tells you you need weights; but for some of the exercises, you can skim by without them. Also, jumping jacks, travelling pushups, burpees, squat thrusts, mountain climbers, different types of crunches... Furthermore, you can use your own body weight as a resistance workout.

I'm 5'2". 123.4 pounds. [: Add me if you please!

It can be if you do it correctly...it's hard to explain; but it's extremely easy for it to become a turn-off. A quick, low growl maybe. A long, loud growl...no.

I gain, on average, two pounds of waterweight. It shows, too. You're not alone.

I haven't graduated college just yet (one more year!); but I've found quite a bit of success through networking and making tons of connections. Granted, I'm an actuarial science major; so my field is so unique that it's in high demand because barely anyone knows about it. For your degree, I would suggest graduate school…

I try to work out when I can when I am on my period, but I have PMDD, so it's very hard to motivate myself. Between the extreme mood swings, the severe migraines, the unbelievable fatigue, the disgusting nausea, and the horrible cramps, exercising is the last thing on my mind.

I can't stop flexing my arms and legs in the mirror! And I love tightening my stomach muscles and looking at how my sides curve in like an hourglass.
-
My legs and shoulders, surprisingly.

I'm blogging, texting, watching television, and about to hit the hay. I'm so exciting. :P

My rock bottom was not being able to see my toes because I couldn't see past my stomach. Also, I couldn't run about 30 feet without getting winded. Furthermore, my doctor told me I had high cholesterol.

I have a "fat moment" every time I go clothes shopping with my close friends from high school. It seems like whenever they try on clothes, they fit perfectly. But when I try them on, they squeeze my fat and hang loose where they shouldn't...I look like a box on stick legs. Even when they're not around, I feel the same. So…

I constantly flex my arms in the mirror. They look so much better, especially my shoulders. I subconsciously flex my abdominal muscles throughout the day. That's all I can think of for now.

I would. I don't care what height my lady is, as long as she's got a great personality and likes me for me.

Baked chicken, trying new recipes, grapes, and flavored sparkling waters.

Good evening! I'm a radi-queer looking to improving my body as much as possible. My current goal is to get my body fat to 18% while bulking up my muscle, lowering my cholesterol, and making healthy decisions. Feel free to friend me.

Fantastic! Thank you kindly. I greatly appreciate it. :flowerforyou:

IHOP, Cracker Barrel, and frozen yogurt. HNNNNNGH.

It's because of centuries-old societal constructs given to us by imaginary circumstance. When it comes to the "men vs. women" debacle concerning sexuality and expression thereof, society has been influenced by multiple sources. The first one that comes to my mind is religion. Through religion, we are taught that purity is…

My goal is to get my body fat down to 18%. It's currently around 25%.

No shoes. My house is quite old, so the floors and walls are thin. Footsteps feel like earthquakes; but without shoes, it's not so bad.

My girlfriend and I were getting pretty serious in bed once; and in the heat of the moment, I farted. We laughed hysterically.

Chewing with your mouth open. Close-mindedness. Hate. Bigotry. Sleazy people. Being hit on by men (I'm queer, so it's kind of a dead end for them). People with no common sense. People who laugh at me because of my healthy lifestyle. Small children.

I can't believe I gave up my terrible eating habits. I used to have at least one soda every day, and I could eat 6-7 eggs for breakfast easily. I look back at myself when I was extremely unhealthy and feel nauseous. Thank goodness for change!

I don't track "bites" of things. I also don't track coffee and vitamins.

I hate the time it takes out of my day. I'm such a busy person that time is precious.
