to make sure i dont overdo it i always have to pick what im going to eat the day before going when im not starving :P i end up with the healthier choice

for vegetarians, make sure youre eating some kind of protein (nuts, eggs, beans etc) for slow sugars and some carbs for fast sugars for every meal. also make sure you switch to whole wheat carbs so that you get all the nutrients and more protein and fibre in your diet.

also to answer your question, i dont take supplement but i make sure to have fortified almond or soy milk everyday instead of taking supplements for B12 and D.

yes no more diet club! i'm taking a full no-scale approach with my slow weight loss just because i can get obsessive as well. will be stopping once my old clothes fit me comfortably again. feel free to add me everyone and share your no-scale goals with me :)

- exercise in the morning - exercise at home - plan workouts ahead of time Right now my mindset is take as many breaks as you want as long as your total time is so and so. Once my cardio gets better I'll take less breaks.

I have an account on fitness blender where I plan my workouts for the month ahead of time. They have a lot of free videos to chose from, I recommend them.
