Not as sore as when I first started, my calf muscles are starting to get more used to skipping rope, thank goodness!

Food Scale seems to be the answer. Also, the 1200 calories was calculated for me by MFP. Maybe I don't eat enough calories so I should up it a bit with nutritionally dense foods. Whatever I'm doing doesn't seem to be cutting it. I may be watching what I eat too much and it is hindering me. Thank for all of the feedback!

Great tips, I figure I am guesstimating too much on intake since I am not measuring. I may be eating a good bit more calories than I think. Thanks for the advice, I will definitely try it out and be more patient.

I do not use a food scale to measure everything, that is good advice. I should get one to be sure of portions. I usually measure by cups. I eat close to 1200 calories a day, days I workout I usually do not eat the calories back.

I doubled up the arms and abs days since they are shorter, the legs days kill me. I have a really hard time walking afterwards do I like to give myself an extra day of rest by doubling up.

My calves are killing me, not used to skipping rope. Took a break yesterday and will be doing day 3 and 4 combined today.

That's great! How long did it take before you really started seeing results??

I just turned 30 but close enough to 20ish. I have been on and off using MFP for over a year but ready to get serious. I am trying to lose 15 lbs by June 7th. It's going to suck and it's not going to be easy but it will be totally worth it! Feel free to add me, I will be logging food/activity daily. I'm on day 3 right now.
