A serving of steel cut rolled oats. My home made real placement bar which is 170 calories (made from protein powder, freshly ground flax seed, rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, and cinnamon.) Green veggies. Drinking a bottle of water before eating a meal.

I wouldn't compare yourself to anyone else. Use what you see as an eventual goal and not a current failure. I am currently using old pics of myself when I was a model for muscle and fitness magazine as motivation (I has a many year long reoccurring health issue that put a quick stop to my working out and clean eating) to…

I believe that you two are misunderstanding me. I am referring to junk food as in snack cakes, cookies, chips... the usual. Food with little or no nutritional value that is eaten for pure enjoyment. Not everything else.

Most food available in supermarkets is either processed or junk food. The western diet is based upon primarily taste and ease of use (and what is the cheapest way for the manufacturer to make it.) I shop the perimeter of the store for fresh food sans the rolled oats. Due to my health ailment I really can't go near…

I have a severe digestive disorder and can't eat 95% of the food available at supermarkets. Mostly rice based products I can have. No dairy, egg, soy, processed, fruits, fresh veggies (can juice to remove fiber), artificial sweeteners, artificial colors, more than a half dozen grams of sugar, among other things. :(

Water, vanilla rice protein powder, 2 teaspoons (before grinding) flaxseed, cinnamon. The other one I use is Water, chocolate rice protein powder, 2 teaspoons (before grinding) flaxseed, tsp PB fit

I have a challenge for everyone... this forum is for helping people... not jumping down people's throats when something doesn't agree with their opinion or values. There are always exceptions to the rules as human physiology can be complicated. People will believe that there is an invisible man in the sky that controls…

I'm a certified pharmacy tech but manage a pharmaceutical retail store. Becoming a CPhT was a requirement to help out when they get busy. I spend most of my day moving around heavy boxes and doing inventory related procedures. I run around the store all day helping people and average close to 15,000 steps a day.

Choose to not overeat. Nobody is shoving the food into your mouth. It's that simple . We choose what we put into our mouths. Choose to not overeat :)

Unfortunately I am allergic to dairy and can't have real cheese, can't tolerate hot sauce and can't have beans or veggies either. Damned severe IBS. My weird pizza is the best that I can do.

I have severe hypothyroidism. I have a very physical job and will put on fat weight at 1750 calories with exercise. Where most guys live on 2000-3000 calories my hypothyroidism makes me put on fat weight (quickly) if I go much above 1750 calories.

Yes 100% natural. I love the supporting nature on this thread. Your skepticism isn't warranted. I have no reason to make anything up. It is possible to do it. As unlikely as it normally would be there are exceptions to the rule and luckily I am one of them. Thank you for your assuming innocence and support.

I occasionally make my own pizza out of flaxseed/oat pita, home made fat free no sugar added pasta sauce, rice cheese, and 98% lean ground beef. It's guilt free.

I eat a lot of 98% lean grass fed ground beef which minimizes the chicken. I eat it without a bun and flavor it with minimal seasoning, reduced sugar ketchup, mustard, and diced onions. 8 oz is almost 50 grams of protein with only 2 grams of fat (less than one gram of saturated fat) and is only 240 calories.

I will try that with my 98% lean ground beef sans the peppers

I make my own protein bars . The ones in the stores are mostly junk. I make them out of chocolate rice protein powder, rolled oats, ground flaxseed, pb fit powder, unsweetened almond milk, and use egg replacer (potato starch) as a binder. They are inexpensive and only take 15 minutes to make. All ingredients together cost…

Never. 100% clean nutritional plan here . I only eat extra lean protein, steel cut oats, flaxseed, and do vegetable juicing twice a day. I have no desire for processed food like product or junk. If it didn't grow out of the ground or come from an animal I don't eat it.

I make my own protein bars out of chocolate rice protein powder, rolled oats, ground flaxseed, almond milk, a little pb fit powder. and a little egg replacer as a binder. I make them in a silicone mold that I picked up on Amazon. They are guilt free and I use them as one or two of my meals every day. I make them in bulk so…

I run several tomatoes through the juicer every day to get my potassium.

I am one of the few lucky ones that can do it. I am eating 1.2-1.4 grams of protein , .5 grams of carbs (all complex), and .2 grams of healthy fats per pound of body weight. I am doing a 5 day heavy lifting routine and 5-6 days of various cardio. I was a fitness model for many years until my neck was injured. I just got…

After my workouts I have 8oz of 98% lean ground beef cooked on a George Foreman grill which drips off enough fat to make it approximately 99% lean. It is 240 calories and provides close to 50 grams of protein with less than 2 grams of saturated fat.

I am doing a 500 calorie deficit per day while eating a high protein, moderate carbs, lower fat nutrition plan. I am slimming down and packing on muscle. Contrary to what many believe it is possible to do. I am proof.

I can't have milk sugar or milk fat, whey, casein, or egg. I don't do well with soy either. I use Rice Protein powder.

I don't cheat. I have a manogomous relationship with my nutritional plan. I am in it for the long haul. I vowed to not cheat on her and I have and will keep my word. I couldn't tell you when the last time was that I had any type of junk food, went over on calories, or had any carb that wasn't a complex carb. 100% adherence…

I just tried an idea... ¼ cup rolled oats 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed 4 tablespoons of vanilla rice protein powder ⅓ cup of original almond milk ⅓ teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of EnerG Egg Replacer (mostly potato starch which will be my low calorie binder) Bake in a silicone protein bite mold for around 10 minutes.…

Same here. There must be a problem on the fitbit's end of things. I logged in and couldn't see my steps for today.
