I'm doing Body Revolution...started it a few months ago, but fell off the wagon, so I started over two Weeks ago. Phase 2 is pretty brutal!

Body Revolution is the15 DVD set that lasts 90 days. As for your question I honestly can't say. I'll say this: I have been going to the gym for over a year 5-6 days a week, have about 15 pounds I'd like to lose, and it's challenging. But I think it's worth the challenge!

I hate Cardio 1!!! The running man and suicides are the worst...and I can't do the punching bag one without bumping my hands together...lol.

Thank you! I like the idea of berries and yogurt. I think I will try that. Luckily my "binge" didn't affect my weigh in negatively this morning!
