  • I officially weigh in once a week on Tuesday mornings. This is when I log it into MFP as well. I usually weigh myself unofficially on Friday in order to give me motivation to not blow it during the weekend. I try not to weigh daily because I find my self miffed if i gain 1 pound one day and lost 2 the next. :)

  • Now that it is summer, I LOVE making fruit salads. I will pack in a tupperware bowl - watermelone, honey dew, strawberries, pineapple, grapes, etc.... I have found that this is extremely filling and so nice on a warm day. :) I might pack a yogurt for a snack later but most of the time that fruit salad stays with me all day…
