Well my scale is in my bathroom so i wiegh myself every morning. Most people tell me i should only weigh myself once a week but i like to see it go down every day even if it is only a little.

Once every week or week and a half in the morning before breakfast and preferably after a good dump. Is that too rude?

I weigh myself every Monday as soon as I wake up and visit the bathroom.
If I have dined out or had a few "extras" I will weigh myself the next day, and cut my cals back a bit- if necessary.- not less food just extra good choices. :)

I weigh every day just to see what is happening with my body. I compare my numbers week to week just to see how I am doing overall.

Never :) I use the mirror or how my clothes fit as I'm not overweight I'm just looking to be healthy/tone. I've found in the past I've gotten too obsessed with numbers when weight isn't even the main issue. If I ever start measuring my weight loss again I'll do measurements.
I've also found I'm healthier at university where I don't have access to a scale. At home there's a scale yet I eat a lot worse (other factors contribute to this too though like more food available). I just concentrate on myself more here, being low all day because of a number at this stage isn't really worth it to me. Going home in a week or so, so will weigh myself just for kicks. I hope it's good news!

I weigh every day, so I know when I'm getting off track. It keeps me focused. I don't count any pounds down as real weight loss until the scale says so two days in a row, just in case it is just a natural fluctuation.

Usually once a week or so. I hop on my not at all accurate scale 1x a day in the morning, but it's wildly inaccurate ( 5 pounds off of the Wii ).

I weigh the first of every month, in the morning. I would drive myself crazy if I did it anymore often than that! :)

Once a week, in the morning. Usually on Monday. But I wont weigh myself until a week from this Monday because I only weighed myself 2 days ago.

I plan on logging my weight everyday. It can't hurt. It will also show me how my body has reacted to specific eating days. I do it first thing in the morning before I eat/drink anything. And after I use the bathroom haha.

Officially I weigh-in and record my weight once every two weeks on either a Tuesday or Wednesday. I actually step on the scales every day, sometimes more than once (Mostly through pure curiosity to see how my body reacts to different foods.)

I officially weigh in once a week on Tuesday mornings. This is when I log it into MFP as well. I usually weigh myself unofficially on Friday in order to give me motivation to not blow it during the weekend. I try not to weigh daily because I find my self miffed if i gain 1 pound one day and lost 2 the next. :)

I've been weighing myself every monring.. first thing.. (after I pee..) before eating or drinking anything. I do that just to understand how it fluctuates.. I weigh myself randomly through the day for that reason. I officially weigh in every Friday though =) I measure every other.

2X a month. Otherwise I get too obsessed with the scale.

I weigh myself each morning. I know that for some people this does not work but I just like to see a difference each day and when I don't I feel like I get frustrated and it helps me stay more focused throughout the day.
