nevermind, I just looked up Ethakka Appam and saw it's battered. By the way, I just saw online it's made with ripe plantain, not green.

Well, we have tostones , the spanish version. They're fried green plantains; they're cut in slices, fried once, then flatened, then fried a second time to get them crunchy. You can search under tostones on here.

hey everyone, I eat low-carb somewhat, so I limit my fruit intake. But I'll set my daily goal for 4 fruit/veggies per day. My NSV is that some people are starting to notice that I'm skinnier, and it feels great.

weekly goal: 600 per day, 3600 per week. Monday.....317 tuesday.....slept in I need to push harder tomorrow and friday to make up for my slowness this week. I know that I can do this!

I've completed wed.'s challenge and drank 8 cups of water and the new recipe..well...my protein shake drink with almond butter. I don't have many calories left to try a new recipe.

I'm doing good so far after this weekend of no workouts. I just took the weekend off and went to some get-togethers...but now I'm back on track. I'm feeling pretty great. thanks for the support, all!

My Burn baby burn goal is 600 calories per day, or 3600 during the week. I might surpass this goal, but I would rather set a goal that I can attain, so that I don't get discouraged if things don't go as planned. Let's do this all!

My weigh in this week is: 195 slight decrease for me, but I'll take that and move forward.

For thursday's challenge, I stayed under calories, and My NSV is that I passed my an ice cream shop...and did not get ice cream.

So here is my progress so far on fiber: Goal 25 per day Monday.....11 Tuesday.....24 Wednesday...17 Thursday.......28 Yeah....I'm making progress and eating more fiber!!!!

I'm doing pretty well, considering the july 4th weekend. Only ate out one day, on july 4th, we went to a them park, and for dinner I had the mexican chicken salad, tried some nachos grande, and for dessert a kid's cup carvel ice cream. Not too bad..and I think I didn't go over my calories. How are you all doing?

For wednesday's challenge, I've had the 8 cups of water, and my goal is to have 16 cups of water today. For the try a new recipe..well....I got this new so delicious vanilla coconut milk and I'll try to see how it tastes with my protein shake for dinner. Keep rocking it all! Go Team Fit & Victorious!

So here is my progress so far on fiber: Goal 25 per day Monday.....11 Tuesday.....24 Wednesday...17 Today I'm eating low calories because I overate yesterday, so there's not much I can do about my fiber intake. But, I am more aware of what I'm eating and tomorrow I will looking out for my fiber more. Great week, all!
